Pozdrav svima, da li ste imali prilike da cujete nesto vise  o indukcionim plocama ili ste pak imali priliku da ih sami isprobate?
Danas cu vam reci nesto vise o njima. prvi put sam se susreo sa njima na svom poslu.
Prvo sto mogu da vam kazem je da sam zaista bio iznenadjen brzinom kojom zagreju hranu!ODMAH!
E sada da kazemo nesto vise o njima! Uzmimo za primer kuvanje kafe. ovako bi to islo na obicnim sporetima, ukljucimo sporet i stavimo lonce sa vodom na ringlu.  Sto znaci da treba da sacekamo da se zagreje ringla, koja ce svoju toplotu preneti  na lonce, tj dzezvu, pa tek onda na vodu koja je u njoj. sto je kao sto i sami znate malo duzi proces.
Na indukcionim plocama je to malo drugacijije zamisljeno pa je samim tim i proces zagrevanja drugaciji. Na  indukcionim plocama se putem magnetnog pola stvara struja u dnu posude, koja se direktno zagreva, pa samim tim preskacemo onaj gubitak energije usled prenosa. Zagrevanje je mnogo prze, pa kafu mozete skuvati za nekih pola minuta. Ploce prepoznaju posudje koje stavite na njih i samim tim greju samo taj deo na kome se posuda nalazi, zagrevanje prestaje cim sklonite posudu sa ploce i samim tim  je ploca takoreci odmah hladna, a i ako zaboravite da je izgasite ona ce se izgasiti sama nakon odredjenog vremena (ne duze od 1 min.)
Pored toga, svaka zona za kuvanje je opremljena i tajmerom koji omogucava određivanje vremena kuvanja i automatsko iskljucivanje nakon isteka, kao i podešavanje željene temperature ploče. Jedna od prednosti ovih ploča jeste to što temperaturne vrednosti ploče nisu uobičajene, od jedan do pet, već tačan broj stepeni (kao na rerni), što dosta olakšava kuvanje. Kada promenite temperaturu, indukciona ploča će reagovati trenutno, odnosno, nije potrebno vreme da se ohladi ili ugreje.
ono sto bi jos trebalo da vam kazem, i sto je mozda jedina mana ploca je sto nece raditi na bas svaku posudu koju stavite. hoce na vecinu, ali ipak ukoliko razmisljate da kupite plocu, ja za pocetak razmisljam da kupim indukcioni reso.                      PICA OD KROMPIRA

Da li ste culi za picu od krompira?  Niste?! E pa danas je pravimo zajedno.
Predpostavljam da svi znate za picu u kojoj je osnovna podloga testo, medjutim, danas pravimo picu u kojoj je umesto podloge od testa krompir. :) Da dobro ste procitali, krompir.
Posto zivimo u brzom vremenu ko  jos ima vremena da mesi testo, saceka da naraste i onda ga razvlaci, znam da ima i onih koji kupe gotovo testo, ali zasto ne bi probali nesto novo.

Sve sto vam je potrebno za ovu picu j
e:

  • 1 veliki krompir
  • 1/3 solje paradaj sosa (kecap)
  • 2 kasike parmezana 
  • 6 listova prsute ili neke sunke
  • 1 јаје
  • 4 pecurke
  • 100 grama mocarele ili nekog drugog kackavalja koji se lepo topi
  • 1 kasika maslinovog ulja
  • So, biber, origano

    Pica je jako jednostavna i sprema se u tiganju. Zatim na krompir stavite kecap, i mocarelu, posolite pobiberite i stavite origano, zatim stavit pecurke isecene na krupnije komade i jaje u sredinu, poklopite i kuvajte oko 5 minuta. kada je se lepo napravila korica od krompira i vidite da mozete lako da izvadite, servirajte na tanjir, a zatim na picu stavite, prsutu ili sunku, sve je po vasoj zelji.
